Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination

Lead county-level planning, coordination, and evaluation of activities.

Represent the company in stakeholder meetings and prepare detailed reports.

Supervise assistant regional coordinators and ensure adherence to project standards.

Support trainers, inseminators, and county officials in using systems.
2. Training & Support
-
Conduct training on apps for trainers, inseminators, and partners.

Ensure effective use and adoption of digital tools and provide technical support.

Facilitate communication and service linkages among clients, trainers, and farmers.
3. Sales & Business Development
-
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned counties.

Work toward exceeding regional sales targets and promote services.

Strengthen existing client relationships and explore upselling opportunities.
4. Stakeholder Engagement

Maintain strong relations with county governments and private partners.

Align activities with local initiatives and partnerships.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure mutual success in projects.
5. Team Leadership & Development

Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of assistant coordinators.

Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
