Job summary
Job Purpose The Regional Officers will oversee and coordinate field operations, ensuring effective implementation of organizational programs, stakeholder engagement, and timely reporting across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise regional activities and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in regional operations, fieldwork, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
