Job summary
Mopil SACCO is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Officer to promote our products, recruit new members, grow the customer base and strengthen relationships. Applicants must have a qualification in Marketing or a related field and previous SACCO work experience. Strong sales, communication and field marketing skills are required.

Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Previous experience working in a SACCO is required.
Experience in sales, member recruitment or financial services is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated.
Computer and digital marketing skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote Mopil SACCO products and services, recruit new members, generate leads,manage customer relationships, identify business opportunities, conduct field marketing, follow up on prospects, achieve sales and membership targets, and prepare marketing performance reports.
