We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who can manage and plan all of our digital marketing campaigns and channels.

Job Description/Requirements

Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports to: HOD Sales and Marketing department

Responsibilities:
• Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and advertising campaigns.
• Creating engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the company’s online brand.
• Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
• Working with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Experience with digital marketing automation software e.g., Canva, adobe illustrator.
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tools.
• Advise the management of CHERD Africa LTD in regard to matters pertaining to digital marketing and other aspects of marketing.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports on digital marketing achievements.
• Support other functions of the organization as may be required from time to time
• Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

Requirements:
• Degree in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Has knowledge of designing/content creation software such as canvas or adobe suite.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Team player.

Hours and environment

The working hours will be Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm.
