Job Summary
This role involves managing and recording all activities related to sales; including recording sales invoices, VAT, recording sales revenue, cashiering, storing invoices and tasks related to sales. It also involves recording, controlling and accounting for the sales activities of the business.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing monthly sales management account report.
2. Preparing monthly ageing report for sales.
3. Receiving of all payments from the trade.
4. Raising sales invoices as per the delivery note received
5. Preparing of sales & marketing budget.
6. Reconciling stocks, banking, and credit notes.
7. Ensuring timely payments are made to suppliers.
8. Maintaining of proper documentation, sales petty cash and timely replenishment.
9. Ensuring physical and system stock reconciliation is done and any variance is accounted for.
10. Ensuring cash allowance are issued to the sales team.
11. Ensuring monthly VAT analysis and VAT reconciliation is done and submitted on time.
12. Costing of products and posting of sales account in the system.
Qualifications and Competencies:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Finance/Accounting)
2. Must be a CPA -K and a Certified Member of ICPAK
3. At least 4 years relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
4. Strong Analytical skills
5. Good communication skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
