Job Description/Requirements
Location: Nairobi
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet customers as they enter the store and engage them in conversation to understand their fashion preferences and needs.
2. Assist customers in selecting clothing items, accessories, and footwear by providing personalized recommendations and styling advice.
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products, including fabric types, sizes, colors, and current fashion trends.
4. Maintain a very clean, well-organized, and visually appealing shop environment to enhance the shopping experience.
5. Maintain all merchandise in excellent condition, as per the shop’s procedures.
6. Support online sales through order processing, packaging and timely dispatch.
7. Support stock management, including stock take, unpacking, tagging and arranging new arrivals.
8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
9. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
10. Stay informed about upcoming promotions, sales events, and new product arrivals to effectively promote and cross-sell merchandise.
11. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
12. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum, Diploma Certificate.
- Experience in retail or sales is a must.
- Experience in fashion or mall retail is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Neat, presentable, and fashion‐forward.
- Basic computer skills (experience with online selling is a plus).
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Working Days
- 6 days a week
