Sales Executive - Dental Supplies
Job summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth and build robust relationships within the dental industry across Kenya. The role involves, promoting premium products to clinics and hospitals, and engaging dental professionals to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities
· Promote and sell a diverse range of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and industry events.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental practitioners and key decision-makers.
· Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients fully understand usage, benefits, and maintenance.
· Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and emerging trends in the dental supplies market.
· Collaborate with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional client service.
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
· Creating and reviewing monthly sales reports, and maintaining accurate documentation
· Create work schedules and timetables, making meetings with clients and putting a call plan strategy into action to establish
productive working relationships with partners in the healthcare industry.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in the dental supplies industry is a must.
· Strong knowledge of dental equipment and products is highly desirable.
· Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
