Job summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in Limuru. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and institutional markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
✅ Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
