Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within hotels, lodges, restaurants, spas, and serviced apartments.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and excellent customer service.
· Present and promote the company’s product range — including guest soaps, shampoos, packaging, and branded amenities.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
· Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
· Provide market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and emerging trends.
· Participate in trade shows, hospitality expos, and client engagement events to promote the brand.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales within the hospitality supplies, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
· Geographical understanding of the area applied
