Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales at both supermarket and retail levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new supermarket and retail clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territories.
• Ensure optimal product visibility and availability at all retail outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities, pricing, and merchandising standards.
• Negotiate listings, shelf space, and promotional activities with retailers.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales and market activity reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and promotion execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry products (supermarket and retail sector).
• Strong understanding of trade marketing, merchandising, and route-to-market principles.
• Computer literate (MS Office applications, ERP systems preferred).
• Valid driving license Would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
