The applicant must be excited by new challenges and motivated to create a successful business through determination, leadership, innovation and hard work.Key Responsibilities· Start and scale sales and support teams in the various portfolios.Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goalsAssists in the development of the sales plan and provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of developmentPrepares forecasts reporting for the CEO and senior management for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planningEstablish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers and personally assist to close large dealsCapacity building, sales coaching and performance managementEngage with business teams to understand customer needs / problems and come up with possible solutions to address their needsIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. What we are Looking for Minimum of five years’ work experience in Sales and marketing with at least 5-7 years in senior management.Bachelor’s degree in business or related fieldMaster’s in Business Administration would be preferred additional qualificationCapacity to innovate, creating new processes and structures for distribution.Knowledge of the local business environment, particularly in either, retail, FMCG or service sector.Ability to build and manage relations at all levelsExcellent computer literacy and communication skills.Strong analytical skills and problem solving skillsStrong leadership and team building skillsCustomer centricShould have problem solving and decision making abilitiesProven ability to build and manage high-performing teamsKeen on process improvement Key Measurables Build and develop a high performing culture across the organization through performance development and coaching.Growth in customer base and revenueHigh levels of customer satisfactionSales and Marketing strategy and policy formulation
