Our client is a provider of pharmacy software solutions, helping pharmacies optimize operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer service. The Sales Personnel will be responsible for managing sales operations and developing strategies to expand our customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with pharmacies and healthcare providers.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee client acquisition, contract negotiations, and closing of high-value deals. • Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting pharmacy software.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in software sales, IT solutions, or the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
