We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to support the growth and expansion of our LPG business. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the LPG, FMCG, energy, or consumer products industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, expanding the retail network, strengthening brand presence, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, recruit, and onboard new LPG retail outlets, distributors, and business partners to expand market reach.
● Map assigned territories and develop strategies to increase LPG sales and customer penetration.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) outlets, retailers, and key customers.
● Develop and manage a network of LPG dealers and retail partners to ensure product availability.
● Drive LPG sales through customer visits, market activations, promotions, and relationship management.
● Identify and engage brand ambassadors to support LPG product awareness and market growth.
● Execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote LPG products and increase brand visibility.
● Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
● Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and business opportunities.
● Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and updates to the General Manager.
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and timely support.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
● Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the LPG, FMCG, energy, or related industries.
● Experience in LPG retail network development, distributor management, or territory sales will be an added advantage.
● Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer portfolios.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
● Excellent customer service and business development skills.
● Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
● Strong organizational and planning skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools, and social media platforms.
● Ability to work independently and travel within assigned regions.
