Job Description/Requirements
Role Overview
The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and building strong customer relationships across both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Identify, approach, and onboard new customers and outlets.
✅ Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and supermarket chains.
✅ Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising.
✅ Execute trade promotions and track competitor activities.
✅ Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports.
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
💼 2–4 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
🗣 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
🎯 Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven individual.
🚗 A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
