Key Responsibilities
• Drive primary sales by managing distributor orders, stock planning, and order execution
• Drive secondary sales through effective coverage of retailers, farmers, agro-vets, and key accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers within the region
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
• Execute trade activities, promotions, and market activations within assigned territory
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
• Prepare daily sales reports, route plans, and market intelligence updates
• Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and distribution
Candidate Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in field sales, preferably within animal feeds, FMCG, or agricultural inputs
• Proven experience handling both primary and secondary sales
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and territory management skills
• Willingness to work extensively in the field within the assigned region
• Valid motorcycle license is an added advantage
