Job Description/Requirements
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial growth.
- Lead creative development for campaigns, ensuring messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned to business goals.
- Translate insights into actionable brand plans that resonate with diverse audiences across the region.
Communications & PR Leadership
- Serve as the strategic communications lead — crafting narratives, messaging frameworks, and story angles that elevate the brand.
- Manage press relations, media outreach, thought leadership content, and crisis communication when needed.
- Build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and strategic partners to strengthen brand visibility.
Events & Experiential Marketing
- Own the planning and execution of signature events, product launches, activations, and corporate experiences.
- Bring creativity, structure, and excellence to every project — from concept to delivery — ensuring memorable, ROI-driven outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless events.
Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Be the main point of contact for internal teams, agency partners, and external stakeholders.
- Mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that hit timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide strategic counsel and support to senior leadership on brand, communications, and public-facing initiatives.
Commercial & Budget Oversight
- Build annual and quarterly brand budgets and ensure responsible utilisation
- Monitor the financial performance of campaigns, ensuring maximum impact with optimal spend.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through partnerships, campaigns, and brand-led initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in brand management, integrated marketing, PR, or communications.
- Proven track record leading major campaigns, events, or launches with measurable outcomes.
- Strong media relations experience and an ability to manage both positive and sensitive public conversations.
- Excellent writing skills — press releases, talking points, scripts, and strategic narratives.
- Exceptional project management and the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong budget management, forecasting, and commercial awareness.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with agencies, government entities, corporates, or large-scale public initiatives is an added advantage.
