SummaryRoyal Media Services Limited is looking for a Commercial development lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of the media landscape and advertising trends. You will be responsible for developing and executing commercial briefs for a variety of different outlets, including radio, television, and digital. You will also be responsible for pitching and presenting to clients, providing creative ideas on programming and productions to enhance our platforms.ResponsibilitiesThe Commercial development lead’s role will include the following: Create, develop, and execute commercial briefs for a variety of different outlets, including radio, television, and digitalOriginate distinctive and exciting creative concepts that resonate with different brandsCopywritingExecute the production processPitch and present to clientsInterpret and apply research to conceptsIdentify multiplatform business opportunitiesKeep up to date with overall advertising trendsPlan and budget To be successful in this role, you must be able to develop commercially viable concepts, understand the intersection of creativity and business, have good presentation skills, good product support skills, and be able to develop original and effective multi-media products.RequirementsAcademic and professional Experience University GraduateMinimum three years’ experience in a multi-media environment with a deep understanding of marketing and advertising Personal Attributes Original, creative intelligenceTV/Radio Production skillsGood communicator with great writing and presentation skillsI.T LiteracyConfident, able to make quick and hard creative decisionsPrudent, able to work under pressure and a team playerGood in execution, pays attention to detail and good in follow upGood command of English and Swahili (Written and Spoken).
