SITE LOGISTICS OFFICER
Job summary
To coordinate the movement, storage, and tracking of materials, tools, and equipment to and from project sites, ensuring field teams have what they need, when they need it, while minimizing loss, delay, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate the transportation of materials, tools, and equipment between the warehouse/store and active project sites.
Maintain accurate records of materials issued, received, and returned at site level, reconciling against project trackers and store records.
Track site inventory levels and raise timely requisitions to avoid delays in project execution.
Coordinate with drivers, riders, and transport providers to schedule deliveries and pick-ups in line with project timelines.
Inspect incoming materials and equipment at site for quantity and condition, flagging discrepancies or damage promptly.
Maintain proper storage, security, and organization of materials and equipment at site to prevent loss or damage.
Liaise with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of site stock.
Support site supervisors with logistics planning for equipment mobilization and demobilization between sites.
Maintain and update asset/tool registers, including tracking of company tools issued to field teams.
Prepare and submit regular logistics reports, including stock movement, consumption, and reconciliation reports.
Ensure logistics activities comply with EHS and company safety standards, including safe loading, offloading, and transport practices.
Support route planning and coordination for multi-site projects to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a logistics, store, or site coordination role, preferably within telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Experience maintaining stock records and reconciling inventory is required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is required.
Valid driving license preferred.
