SITE SUPERVISOR – FIBER & POWER INFRASTRUCTURE
Job summary
To supervise and coordinate fiber optic infrastructure projects, including KPLC roll-outs, underground, and aerial fiber installations, ensuring safe, timely, and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise site operations and field teams.
Oversee fiber installation, splicing, testing, and commissioning.
Coordinate FTTX roll-out projects in compliance with KPLC standards.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
Prepare project reports and maintain site documentation.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Telecommunications Option).
Valid KPLC Certification (Mandatory).
Valid Work at Height Certification (Mandatory).
At least 2 years' experience in fiber optic infrastructure projects, including FTTX roll-outs.
Knowledge of fiber splicing, testing, and underground/aerial fiber deployment.
Key Skills
Site supervision and team leadership.
