Collaborate with leadership to develop content strategy and campaign ideas across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Write, design, and edit high-quality content — posts, graphics, short-form video, captions — that reflects our brand voice

Manage a consistent posting calendar and keep all channels active and on-brand
Drive engagement: respond to comments, build community, grow followers and reach organically
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, announcements)
- Support Sibuor Designs (BKG's creative agency arm) by creating content and driving engagement for client social media accounts
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what's actually working
- Stay on top of platform trends and bring fresh ideas to the table, not just execute a checklist
