Social Media Management

• Grow & engage our audience across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.) to create, schedule, and automate content workflows at scale
• Curate and post content consistently, including:
  • Spotlight content on sokapal.ai app features and updates
  • Engaging football fixture news — upcoming matches, results, highlights, and predictions
• Automate repetitive content tasks — use AI to generate captions, repurpose content across platforms, and maintain a consistent posting cadence without burning out
• Respond to user queries and comments — be the friendly, knowledgeable face of sokapal.ai and build lasting trust with our community (AI-assisted where appropriate)
• Moderate and sanitize comments across all platforms to maintain a positive and respectful community
• Escalate user complaints and technical issues to the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) team with appropriate detail
• Surface user feedback from social interactions and propose new features or improvements that could give sokapal.ai a competitive edge

📣 Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive app downloads, user acquisition, and subscription growth
• Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with football fixtures, product launches, and seasonal moments
• Conduct basic competitor and audience research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the sports tech space
• Track and report on key marketing metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth, click-throughs, and conversion — using platform analytics and AI-assisted reporting tools
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns for new sokapal.ai features, subscription plans, and special offers
• Identify and propose influencer or community partnership opportunities to extend sokapal.ai's reach
• Contribute to email or push notification copy for marketing campaigns where applicable
• Recommend creative marketing ideas rooted in data and user behaviour to enhance brand reach and subscription uptake
  What We're Looking For
  • A football enthusiast who speaks the language of the game
  • Proven AI tool proficiency — you actively use AI for content creation, copywriting, image/video generation, scheduling, or analytics
  • Strong writing and communication skills — you can craft a caption that stops the scroll and a campaign brief that converts
  • Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals — audience segmentation, brand voice, campaign planning, and funnel thinking
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to interpret performance data to improve content strategy
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content and marketing tools (Canva AI, CapCut, Opus Clip, Hootsuite AI, Buffer, Predis.ai, or similar)
  • A creative eye and understanding of what performs on each platform — and how to use AI to test and iterate faster
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage and automate a content and campaign calendar
  • Prior experience managing a social account or running a marketing campaign (personal or professional) is a plus — show us your work!
