We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable healthcare facility based in Uthiru, Nairobi, seeking

a creative and proactive Part – Time Social Media Officer to support their digital presence

and strengthen communication with patients and the community.

The Part-Time Social Media Officer will be responsible for managing the hospital’s social media

platforms, creating engaging content, and enhancing online visibility while maintaining a

professional healthcare brand image.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media platforms.

• Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, graphics, short videos, and

announcements.

• Promote hospital services, health awareness campaigns, and events online.

• Respond to messages and comments professionally and promptly.

• Monitor industry trends and recommend creative content ideas.

• Track engagement metrics and prepare simple monthly performance reports.

• Ensure all content aligns with healthcare communication standards and brand

guidelines.


Qualification & Requirements

• Diploma in Communications, digital marketing.

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio or samples required)

• Strong content writing and storytelling skills.

• Basic graphic design skills

• Understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies.

• Interest or experience in healthcare communication is an added advantage.
