Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote company products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information and support.
- Follow up on leads from various sources and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with quotations, orders, and post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets and enhance customer retention.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 Years Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Positive attitude, results-oriented, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
