Job Description (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Farmer’s Choice was founded in , with the central purpose of selling fresh and processed pork products to all income groups in Kenya.Key Responsibilities Attain business development targets, goals and performance levels, while remaining compliant to the ways of working, rules and regulations of the company.Actively manage and report on the achievement of sales targets as well as industry performance and trends.Identify and drive opportunities to improve and expand product and service offerings in assigned territory.Create long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to managing deadlines and ensuring timelines.Develop business strategies to increase sales revenue / profitability.Respond to customer complaints satisfactorily with consultation of the customer service department.Communication of offers, activations, new products, changes in distribution channel and any other sales activity.Gathering industry trends, reporting on the trends and giving suggestions on adjustments to suit the trends.Monitoring competitor activities and collection of customer feedback on products competing with FCL. Minimum Qualifications. Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, business administration or any other relevant field.At least 4 years of experience in field sales and marketing in a busy FMCG environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and spoken.Demonstrated presentation skills with ability to convey complex information to a broadaudience.Experience handling major accounts in a B2B selling environment will be an added advantage.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilise data and strategic tools to improve sales, meet goals, identify opportunities and exceed customer expectationsDemonstrated sales and/or training with ability to utilise consultative sales techniquesStrong negotiation skills, with ability to follow through on client accountProven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
