🌍 About the Role

Bridge Point Global Service is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Tours & Travel Visa Assistant to support visa processing and travel coordination services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely visa applications while delivering excellent customer service to clients planning international travel.

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end visa application processing for various destinations

Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures

Review, verify, and organize supporting travel documents for accuracy and completeness

Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers where necessary

Book and coordinate travel appointments, interviews, and submissions

Maintain accurate client records and application tracking systems

Provide timely updates to clients on visa status and requirements

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations

Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company procedures

Support general tours and travel operations as needed


🎓 Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Tours & Travel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Tours & Travel company (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of visa application processes and requirements

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and high level of organization

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: KES 20,000 – 25,000

Commission: 5% on qualifying revenue
