Job descriptions & requirements
1. IT Infrastructure Support
Provide first-line technical support for restaurant and office users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, POS terminals, printers, tablets, handheld devices, and other IT equipment.
Ensure all IT systems operate efficiently to minimize business disruption.
Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repair, warranty claims, and technical escalations when necessary.
2. POS & Restaurant Systems
Support daily operation of POS systems, payment terminals, kitchen display systems (KDS), ordering devices, and related restaurant technologies.
Troubleshoot POS transaction issues and ensure seamless integration with back-office systems.
Perform software installation, updates, and configuration according to company standards.
Assist restaurant teams during new store openings, relocations, and system upgrades.
3. Network & System Maintenance
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity across restaurant locations.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure network stability and optimal system performance.
Maintain system documentation, equipment inventory, and asset records.
Support data backup, system recovery, and basic cybersecurity practices.
4. CCTV Monitoring & Security
Monitor CCTV systems to ensure all cameras and recording devices function properly.
Conduct routine inspections of surveillance equipment across all restaurant locations.
Retrieve and provide CCTV footage for incident investigations, operational reviews, or management requests while maintaining confidentiality.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of CCTV equipment with vendors when required.
Report abnormal security incidents, equipment failures, or suspicious activities promptly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–2 years of IT support experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
Experience supporting POS systems and restaurant technologies.
Knowledge of Windows OS, networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches), and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience with CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, IP cameras, and surveillance software.
