Surelift Solutions Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Trade Developer to strengthen product availability, visibility, and sales performance across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will execute trade strategies, grow customer relationships, and ensure consistent sales target achievement.
1. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
Implement trade strategy standards within assigned sales areas to grow product penetration.
Visit secondary outlets as per set frequency, ensuring full coverage and meeting strike-rate expectations.
Prospect, contact, and onboard potential customers by listing MMI products to drive new business.
Identify new sales opportunities within the market to grow volume and presence.
Collect customer orders for timely processing and delivery to enhance sales performance.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Understand customer needs, handle complaints, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure accurate product pricing to prevent dissatisfaction or customer loss.
Maintain product consistency and availability to support customer satisfaction and retention.
Share product knowledge with customers to influence purchase decisions.
3. Merchandising & Product Availability
Ensure all listed products are always available and well-displayed for visibility and increased sales.
Monitor and support promotional activities in customer outlets.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking
Gather and report competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends to support strategy and protect market share.
5. Sales Systems, Processes & Compliance
Use sales tools, systems, and processes correctly to capture, record, and track sales for accurate reporting and insights.
