Job descriptions & requirements
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content and images for internal and client-facing projects, including:
- Training and educational modules
- Marketing and promotional campaigns
- Events, field activities, and focus group discussions (FGDs)
- Digital platform content
- Lead full-cycle video production
- Edit videos to professional standards, including color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics integration, and final formatting
- Maintain proper handling, storage, and readiness of production equipment
- Develop video stories, images and visual narratives that complement scripts and multimedia outputs
- Participate in field assignments, events, and stakeholder engagements
