Key Responsibilities
• Plan and shoot video content for various platforms including websites, social media, and advertising.
• Operate and maintain video equipment such as cameras, lighting, audio, and editing tools.
• Capture stable, well-composed footage with attention to lighting, framing, and sound quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Create high-quality digital posters, flyers, and infographics for social media platforms.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Maintain a video content library and assist with archiving past projects.
• Understand current trends and styles in video to ensure relevance and engagement.
• Ensure consistency in visual style and brand identity across all videos.
• Manage and organize video files, footage, and project timelines.
• Take and incorporate feedback to refine final outputs.
• Maintain and care for video equipment.
• Recommend upgrades or purchases of new equipment or techniques that improve work flow or quality.
• Ensure all content produced complies with copyright, licensing, and privacy laws.
Qualifications and Skills
• Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a videographer, or in a similar role.
• High Proficiency in professional video editing suites.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including composition, lighting and audio.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
