  • Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and manage sales teams to ensure high performance.

  • Secondary Sales Drive – Strengthen and drive secondary sales through distribution channels.

Minimum Qualification

  • Proven experience in sales leadership (preferably in manufacturing)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • 7 to 10 years of experience
