Counter Sales Personnel
Job summary
Responsible for serving walk-in customers, driving counter sales, processing transactions, maintaining stock displays, and providing excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Recommend suitable products and upsell where appropriate.
- Process sales accurately using the POS system.
- Receive payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean, organized counter.
- Monitor and replenish stock.
- Receive and arrange new inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Promote current offers.
- Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
- Certificate/Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
- Retail or counter sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer/POS skills.
- Honest, organized, and dependable.
- Able to meet sales targets.
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Monthly sales targets achieved.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Cash handling accuracy.

- Punctuality and attendance.
