Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, presenting real estate projects professionally, and converting leads into successful sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective property buyers through various sales channels.
  • Present and explain real estate projects accurately and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the real estate industry in a sales role.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving sales goals.

Compensation

  • Basic Salary: KES 30,000 per month, payable upon achieving the minimum monthly sales target of at least one (1) unit sold.
  • Commission: Attractive commission payable on every successful sale in accordance with the company's commission structure.
