- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Guide customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry and luxury items
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including materials, pricing, and care instructions
- Maintain an attractive and organized store display
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support effectively
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Ensure the store is clean, secure, and well-presented at all times
- Reconcile daily sales and transactions against POS records
- Count and verify cash, card, and mobile payments (e.g., M-Pesa)
- Prepare daily sales reports and highlight any discrepancies
- Safely package and secure cash for banking
- Coordinate or carry out bank deposits as required
- Maintain accurate financial records and submit reports to management
- Prior experience in luxury retail (fine jewelry or high-end accessories preferred)
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory tools
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- High level of honesty, reliability, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
