Your RoleAs Assistant Manager, CCM Fuel, and Club, you will assist the Manager, CCM to develop a communication channel strategy across all paid-for touch points not limited to classical media and social media. You will be responsible for media key indicators such as Top of Mind Awareness, and Share of Voice as well as achieving efficiencies in media investment. You will be responsible for driving digital KPIs such as positive “buzz”, impressions, reach, followers, audience growth rate, video plays, posting frequency, engagement rate, clicks and shares, click-through rate & bounce rate.What You Will DoInsights: Assist the Manager, CCM to uncover deep media insights by partnering with Marketing Research and using third-party publications to create actionable opportunities.Stay current on market trends and competitor activity. Strategy & Planning: Assist Manager CCM to develop media and digital strategy for KOKO.Assist Manager CCM to develop media and digital strategy. Execution: Execute world-class media execution flow plans for ATL media.Execute advertising on KOKO Points.Create weekly digital content often partnering with 3rd party digital and or creative agencies.Execute media execution plans on digital platforms and any other relevant up-and-coming social media platforms using tools such as FaceBook ad manager.Be the voice of KOKO on digital platforms responding directly to people.Respond to customer queries on digital media.Direct customer complaints obtained on social media to customer care and ensure they are closed.Ensure web and social media content is up to date Tracking & Control: Track key performance indicators and key digital media initiatives for KOKO using tools such as FaceBook ad manager.Track key performance indicators for key marketing initiatives.Manage relevant media and digital budgets. Stakeholder Engagement: Own relationships with media planning agencies.Engage with internal teams (Brand Building teams, BULT, cross-functional teams, Shared Services) as well as external stakeholders such as media planning, and digital and media monitoring agencies. What You Will Bring to KOKO 3+ years of experience in mass market retail and or FMCG in global companies.Basic appreciation of media planning.University degree in a related field, with postgraduate degrees preferred.Comfort role modeling behaviors in line with KOKO culture, including leadership, professionalism, customer orientation, safety consciousness, and innovation.Ability to work in a self-led manner, in an environment with significant time pressure.Unquestionable integrity.
