Drema Food Industries is a growing bakery company seeking a proactive, business-minded, and result oriented Bakery Manager to lead our operations, drive sales growth, and support the expansion of our brand.
Job descriptions & requirements
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage production schedules and maintain high product quality standards.
• Monitor and control production to minimize wastage.
• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to grow the business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement of raw materials and supplies.
• Prepare operational, sales, and performance reports.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage the company fleet, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance coordination, fuel monitoring, and driver supervision.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Support management in strategic planning and business
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
• Ensure proper maintenance and efficient utilization of bakery equipment and machinery
