- Promote and sell beauty and cosmetic products to customers in assigned locations
- Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits to drive customer interest and conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supervisors to ensure product availability
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities
- Participate in marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
- Basic knowledge of beauty products, skincare, or cosmetics is an added advantage
