KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Develop and implement strategic B2B business development plans aligned with company growth targets
• Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate accounts across various industries
• Generate business opportunities through networking, referrals, market intelligence, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships
• Drive revenue generation through acquisition of long-term commercial contracts and recurring business opportunities
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
• Conduct market mapping to identify target sectors, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities
• Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions to existing and prospective clients
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and conversion targets
Corporate Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers including CEOs, Managing Directors, HR Directors, Operations Managers, Procurement Managers, Finance Leaders, and business owners
• Conduct high-level business meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
• Understand client operational challenges and position tailored business solutions accordingly
• Manage client engagement processes from prospecting, proposal stage, negotiations, onboarding, and after-sales relationship management
• Ensure high client retention through relationship management and consistent follow-up
• Represent the company during networking forums, industry events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings
Proposal Development, Tendering & Contract Management
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, capability profiles, commercial presentations, and business pitches
• Coordinate preparation and submission of tenders, RFQs, and business proposals
• Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions with clients
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of client accounts
• Ensure proper documentation, follow-up, and tracking of all business opportunities and contracts
Digital Platform & Solution Sales
• Support commercialization and market penetration of the company’s digital management platform
• Conduct platform demonstrations and client solution presentations
• Educate clients on operational efficiencies and value addition through digital solutions
• Work closely with management on go-to-market strategies for technology products and business solutions
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities to support platform adoption and growth
Reporting, Analytics & Market Intelligence
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports highlighting pipeline activity, meetings, conversion rates, revenue generated, and forecasts
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client engagement trackers
• Provide management with competitor insights, pricing intelligence, and market feedback
• Develop business development activity reports and account performance updates
• Monitor client trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities to support strategic planning
• Present sales performance updates and strategic recommendations during management review meetings
