LIASI Beach Apartments is hiring sales advisors for a premium beachfront property project in Mambrui, Malindi.

You must be based in Nairobi and available to work full-time from our Westlands office.
We provide company leads, but strong candidates should also be able to generate or refer serious prospects from their own networks.
This role is for you if you have sold high-ticket products or services before and you understand that premium buyers need clarity, proof, patience, and professional follow-up.
You will be trained to guide buyers through the LIASI sales process:
Request Buyer Pack
Understand apartment preference
Qualify intended use
Review availability
Explain payment paths
Support consultations and site visits
Guide serious buyers toward reservation when appropriate
You are not a fit if you rely on pressure selling, fake urgency, guaranteed-return claims, or random discounting.
Compensation:
KES 20,000 - 25,000 monthly retainer
3% commission on successful sales
Property sales experience is an advantage, but high-ticket sales experience is the real requirement.
