Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Marketing Executives / Sales Persons to market and sell IT technology products integrated with weighing scales, weighing systems, and related automation solutions.
The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying potential customers, planning and carrying out marketing visits, promoting the company’s products and services, and supporting sales growth within assigned territories.
Job Description / Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and carry out marketing visits to promote and sell the organization’s products and services.
2. Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities for IT-based weighing scale solutions and related systems.
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
4. Analyze market research findings and use the information to recommend suitable sales and marketing strategies.
5. Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups, product demonstrations, quotations, and coordination of after-sales support.
6. Assist in developing pricing strategies that attract customers while ensuring profitability for the organization.
7. Recommend suitable advertising and promotional channels for marketing campaigns, including digital media, direct marketing, field visits, and customer referrals.
8. Support advertising and promotional activities, including negotiating advertising or promotional arrangements where necessary.
9. Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports, including customer visits, leads generated, quotations issued, sales closed, service requirements, and market feedback.
10. Work closely with the Marketing and Operations Manager and support the sales team in achieving company targets.
11. Follow company work guidelines, including timely reporting of marketing activities, customer feedback, product sales, and service requirements.
12. Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive company image when dealing with customers, partners, and the public.
Reporting Line
The Marketing Executives / Sales Persons shall report to the Marketing and Operations Manager.
Remuneration
The position is commission-based.
