What You'll Do
Run 30–35 qualified virtual consultations per week with expecting families over Zoom
Close approximately 9–10 signed contracts per week (about 40 per month)
Maintain a 30%+ close rate from qualified consultations
Lead thorough, warm follow-up — many families need time and reassurance before deciding
Guide families through an emotional, important decision with patience and trust- building
Stay organized and accurate across a high volume of consultations and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience with a track record of strong conversion rates
A consultative, relationship-based selling style — not high-pressure
Warm, personable, and trustworthy in emotional, high-stakes conversations
Highly organized with excellent, consistent follow-up habits
Confident and polished on Zoom
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, high-volume role
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or family/maternal services is a strong plus
A real passion for supporting families during one of life' s biggest transitions
10+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of conversion
