Job Summary

Our Client a digital marketing agency is currently looking to hire a Business Development Executive.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

Responsibilities
•    Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
•    Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
•    Pitching our services to potential customers
•    Contacting potential clients via walk ins, email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
•    Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
•    Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
•    Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
•    Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
•    Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and agency representatives
•    Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
•    Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Qualifications
•    Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
•    Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
•    Strong communication and IT fluency
•    Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•    Ability to deliver engaging presentations
•    Excellent time management and organization
•    Willingness to be an entrepreneur and create opportunity where you see one
