Job summary
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in our Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding divisions. Your primary mission is to identify and onboard corporate clients, manufacturers, and importers who require seamless cargo handling and regulatory expertise.

Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Acquisition: Identify and prospect corporate clients (manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers) that require consistent customs clearance and shipping services.
2. B2B Sales: Pitch our end to end logistics solutions, focusing on our ability to navigate complex customs regulations and reduce transit delays.
3. Relationship Management: Act as the primary lead during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our operations team.
4. Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of leads and provide regular updates on sales activity.

Requirements

● The Networker: Ideally, you have an existing portfolio or contacts within industries that import/export goods regularly.
● Self-Starter: Ability to work independently without a base salary in exchange for a significantly higher-than-average commission split.
