- Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales pitches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market information on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Identify opportunities for product or service improvement based on market feedback.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns where required.
- Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is an added advantage.
