Job summary
Our Client is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, unlock new revenue streams, and expand the impact of our training and membership offerings. This role integrates business development and training as dual income-generating functions, requiring a commercially focused professional who can convert learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the customer base and revenue.
· Identify market opportunities, trends, and sustainable income streams.
· Generate leads, network, and negotiate contracts and MOUs.
· Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
· Drive membership recruitment and retention through targeted strategies.
· Design, co-create, and sell customized training and consultancy solutions.
· Manage delivery of training programs, workshops, and accredited centres.
· Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness, ROI, and budget
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or Bachelor’s degree in any other field.
· Professional qualification and certification in marketing will be an added advantage
· 5+ years of experience in business development/account management/Sales
· Certification in training & development will be an added advantage
· Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in business development, market analysis, negotiation, and closing deals.
· Expertise in training and curriculum development as revenue-generating solutions, with budget management skills.
· Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to manage stakeholders, multiple priorities, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
