Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities.
Sales & Client Management
- Present MZawadi solutions to prospective clients.
- Lead product demonstrations and business presentations.
- Understand client needs and develop customized technology solutions.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Partnership Development
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, banks, telecom operators, government agencies, NGOs, and development partners.
- Identify collaboration opportunities that expand MZawadi's product offerings and market reach.
Account Management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
