Job descriptions & requirements

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
  • Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
  •  Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals in line with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team
  • Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to identify business opportunities.
  • Address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain an updated customer database and records of interactions.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Monitor industry developments and recommend business growth strategies.

Proposal & Tender Management

  • Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather information required for bids and proposals.
  • Track submitted proposals and follow up with potential clients.

Marketing Support

  • Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company products and services.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and business forums.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads.

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
  • Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget
  • Track sales performance, client feedback, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
