KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a pipeline of consulting, training, research, HR advisory, AI, digital, ESG, sustainability, Green Jobs and institutional development opportunities.
- Build strategic relationships with clients, HR leaders, decision-makers, development agencies, training institutions and consulting partners.
- Identify, qualify and follow up leads, manage relationship conversations and support conversion into quality client assignments.
- Coordinate EOIs, proposals, concept notes, quotations, pitch decks, capability statements and partnership submissions.
- Support assignment planning, consultant coordination, client communication, quality review and delivery oversight.
- Strengthen visibility and business development systems through events, digital platforms, thought leadership, opportunity trackers and partnership maps.
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, HRM, Strategy, OD, Education, Technology, Sustainability, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Postgraduate training, professional certification or executive development in HR, leadership, business development, project management, strategy, digital transformation, ESG or consulting will be an advantage.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, business development, partnerships or client relationship management.
- Exposure to HR, leadership, strategy, AI, digital transformation, sustainability, ESG, Green Jobs, institutional development, research or capacity building.
- Ability to engage senior professionals, institutional decision-makers, development partners, private sector actors, NGOs, professional bodies and regional networks.
- Strong proposal coordination, opportunity tracking, client follow-up and relationship management discipline.
- Ability to translate client needs into clear scopes, timelines, pricing assumptions and delivery plans.
- Strong networking, business development and opportunity conversion capability.
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers across sectors and institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong proposal coordination, follow-up and execution discipline.
- Comfortable working in a flexible, opportunity-driven and results-focused consulting environment.
- Ability to document client expectations and coordinate technical teams professionally.
