About Sinc Business Suite
Sinc Business Suite is an all-in-one ERP + Point-of-Sale platform built for Kenyan retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers. It replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, standalone tills, and disconnected accounting tools that most SMEs run on today.
The platform covers a business end to end:
- Point of Sale — fast checkout, hold/resume carts, multiple tender types, cash management
- Inventory & Catalog — stock tracking, multi-location, backorders, reorder control
- Manufacturing — full order-to-production workflow: customer orders, automatic invoicing, production requests, packing/dispatch, and delivery notes, plus local purchase order (LPO) generation, import-order costing, and supplier invoicing
- Purchasing & Suppliers — purchase orders, supplier management, receiving
- Customers — customer records, invoicing, statements
- Accounting — a true ledger-centric general ledger, expenses, fixed assets, bank/cash reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Payments — M-Pesa integration and multi-currency support
- Bulk-SMS - Integrate with Sinc business suite bulk sms platform or a custom provider of your choice.
In short: one system to run sales, stock, production, money, and tax compliance.
The Role
We are looking for self-driven commission-based Sales Agents to bring Sinc Business Suite to businesses across Kenya. You own the full cycle: find prospects, understand their pain, demo the product, and close them onto a paid subscription. The more businesses you sign and keep active, the more you earn — there is no ceiling.
This is ideal for someone who already moves among business owners (shops, distributors, manufacturers, restaurants) and wants to monetize those relationships with a product that genuinely solves their problems.
What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify leads among retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers
- Run product demonstrations (in person or online) tailored to each prospect's pain points
- Negotiate and close subscription deals
- Hand off signed customers cleanly to the onboarding/support team
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and report on activity and forecasts
- Gather field feedback on pricing, features, and competitors and relay it to the product team
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience, ideally B2B, SaaS, software, POS, hardware, or financial services
- A strong existing network of, or easy access to, Kenyan business owners and decision-makers
- Confidence demonstrating software and translating features into business value
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently on commission
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili
- Smartphone/laptop and reliable means to reach prospects
Strong advantage
- Experience selling ERP, accounting, inventory, or POS solutions
- Understanding of retail, wholesale, or manufacturing operations
- An existing book of business or referral relationships you can activate quickly
Compensation
This is a commission-only role with strong, recurring earning potential:
Upfront commission on every new paid subscription you close
Recurring residual commission for as long as your customers stay subscribed — build a book of business that pays you every month
Tiered bonuses for hitting monthly and quarterly targets
Uncapped — your income scales directly with your results
