Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Resourcing Administrator to support a healthcare staffing business. This role is primarily focused on managing nurse compliance documentation to ensure all requirements are met prior to deployment, while also providing flexible support to resourcing and recruitment activities as needed. The successful candidate will work as an extension of the client’s team and must be comfortable balancing administrative tasks with regular phone-based candidate interaction.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage, review, and verify compliance documentation for nurses, including certifications, licences, expiry dates, and background or fraud checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all compliance requirements are completed before nurses are deployed.
- Make outbound calls to candidates to follow up on missing or expiring documents and provide guidance throughout the onboarding process.
- Support resourcing and recruitment activities during periods of lower compliance workload, including outbound calling, candidate screening, and coordination support.
- Adapt between compliance and resourcing responsibilities as business needs change, maintaining productivity and quality across both areas.
- Ensure proper documentation, audit trails, and adherence to internal controls, data privacy, and security standards.
- Assist with internal tracking and reporting to support team visibility on compliance and resourcing progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in compliance administration, recruitment support, or healthcare staffing is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident and professional communication skills, including phone, email, and document handling.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a remote client team.
- Willingness to work from an office in the Philippines for the first six months, with flexibility to transition to a hybrid or remote setup thereafter.
- Familiarity with document management systems, recruitment tools, or compliance tracking systems is a plus.
