Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary administrative support for Chinese management at the factory.
• Provide accurate spoken and written translation between Chinese (Mandarin) and English in meetings, daily communication, emails, and documents.
• Coordinate administrative matters including attendance records, office supplies, travel arrangements, and basic HR documentation.
• Liaise with local authorities and service providers when required (e.g. inspections, permits), under management guidance.
• Assist in organizing factory visits, meetings, and internal communications.
• Maintain proper filing of administrative and operational documents.
• Support general office and factory administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at our factory location (Kisaju / Kajiado area).
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
